CEOs, or Chief Executive Officers, are the highest ranking executives in a company who are responsible for making all major decisions and for the overall success of the organization. As the head of the company, the CEO is also responsible for setting the strategy and vision for the company, as well as leading and motivating the staff. In order to be successful in a CEO role, candidates must have excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to think strategically, and have a proven track record of success in similar roles.
