Channel Partner Manager

The Channel Partner Manager drives business growth by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new referral and reseller partners. The role ensures smooth partner engagement through proper accreditation, contract management, customer retention, and operational support. This position strengthens channel expansion by working closely with Account Managers (AMs) and Sales Acquisition Team (SAQs), while also managing referral tracking, partner communications, and feedback reporting from the field.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, vet, and acquire qualified new referral and reseller partners to expand the corporate footprint.
Manage and retain customer accounts, securing timely renewals while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with internal Sales teams (AMs/SAQs) on joint deals, maximizing revenue opportunities.
Manage the partner onboarding process, handling all accreditations, initial partner setup, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and contract follow-ups.
Oversee the flow of referrals, ensure proper tracking in CRM, and support AMs with lead coordination.
Help Sales coordinate with partners on joint opportunities, ensuring alignment and collaboration to win deals.
Manage communications and communication groups/channels related to Channel Partnerships or Enterprise Sales in general.
Draft invoices for review and approval.
Attend partner meetings, provide data points and feedback from the ground.
Qualifications
Experience in channel sales, telco, or IT industry preferred (negotiable).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory.
