TLDR
Leads financial planning and reporting, ensures IFRS/GAAP compliance, drives audits, and guides strategic analysis and process improvements across the finance function.
Key Responsabilities:
- Prepare and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing actual results vs. budget and providing actionable insights.
- Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, tax requirements, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Oversee cash flow, investment planning, and risk management strategies.
- Support senior management with financial analysis for strategic decisions (e.g., pricing, cost control, expansion).
- Supervise accounting staff and support the development of financial controls and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, tools, and processes.
