Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) - FinTech Company

The CISO will play a critical role in defining and implementing the company's information security strategy, policies, and procedures to protect our information assets and ensure compliance with SAMA regulations. This position requires a strategic leader who can work closely with IT, operations, and business development teams to mitigate risks, manage cybersecurity threats, and support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information owned, controlled, or processed by the organization.
• Ensure the company's information security program complies with SAMA regulations, including but not limited to, Cybersecurity Framework, Operational Risk Management, and Data Protection requirements.
• Lead the planning and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to secure the company's technology infrastructure, applications, and data across all platforms.
• Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the effectiveness of security measures in place.
• Liaise with regulators and industry groups to stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident response planning as well as the investigation and resolution of security breaches.
• Develop and manage the information security budget and procure cybersecurity solutions and services as needed.
• Provide regular reporting on the status of the information security program and emerging security issues to the senior management and board of directors.
• Foster a culture of security awareness within the organization through continuous education and training programs.
