The opportunity:

The Chief of Staff role based in Brazil is a high-impact leadership role for an entrepreneurial operator who thrives in fast-growing environments. You will own the operational strategy and execution required to unlock unprecedented growth in Brazil. Acting as the connective tissue between commercial, product, partners, customer success, and working alongside a global leadership team, you will ensure that Distribusion scales efficiently while delivering outstanding value to both carriers and travel sellers. Success in this role means building a market-leading operation that drives sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, partner satisfaction, and long-term strategic advantage. What you will do:

  • Drive Market Growth

    • Develop and execute the operational strategy to accelerate Distribusion's growth in Brazil.

    • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks limiting market expansion.

    • Partner closely with commercial teams to support acquisition, onboarding, and growth of strategic carriers and travel sellers.

    • Build scalable processes that enable rapid growth without compromising service quality.

  • Own Operational Performance

    • Establish and monitor key business metrics, operational KPIs, and service-level objectives.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across onboarding, support, implementation, and partner operations.

    • Ensure operational readiness for major growth initiatives, launches, and partnerships.

    • Create visibility into business performance through reporting, forecasting, and executive reviews.

  • Collaborate Across Global Functions

    • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

    • Represent Brazil's market needs and advocate for local priorities.

    • Translate global initiatives into successful local execution.

    • Ensure alignment between regional objectives and company-wide strategy.

  • Be the Operational Head of Brazil

    • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

    • Represent Brazil's market needs and advocate for local priorities.

    • Collaborate Across Global Functions

Requirements

Who you are:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in operations, business leadership, consulting, marketplace businesses, transportation, travel-tech, fintech, logistics, or other high-growth technology companies.

  • Proven track record of scaling operations in complex and rapidly growing environments.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.

  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and strategic partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence without direct authority across global teams.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch.

  • Familiarity with API-based products and technology platforms.

  • Experience in travel, mobility, transportation, OTA, marketplace, or distribution businesses.
