• Evaluate and improve engineering efficiency, methodologies, and processes across the organization.
• Advise on strategic technology direction changes, balancing innovation, scalability, and sustainability.
• Assess current tools, platforms, and workflows (e.g., project management and development tools) and recommend improvements or alternative solutions where needed.
• Establish a clear balance between innovation, development, and maintenance activities, targeting an effective mix.
• Design future‑oriented organizational and technology structures that support group growth, including risk management and scalability considerations.
• Ensure consistent engineering standards, best practices, and governance across multiple entities.
• Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership on all technology‑related decisions.
• Support integration and technological alignment as the group grows from approximately five companies toward a larger, more complex structure.
What we expect of you:
• Extensive senior‑level experience in technology leadership roles such as CTO, Head of Engineering, or similar.
• Exceptional technical competence with the ability to assess and guide complex engineering organizations.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect technology decisions to long‑term business value.
• Experience designing and scaling engineering organizations, processes, and governance models.
• Ability to evaluate tools, workflows, and development practices critically and pragmatically.
• Understanding of balancing innovation, product development, and maintenance at scale.
• Proven experience working with executive leadership and multi‑company or complex organizational structures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
What we offer:
• Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding international company.
• A group‑level leadership role with significant influence on long‑term technology strategy.
• Dynamic, challenging work environment and a cooperation‑based internal culture.
• Care for your emotional and physical well‑being through additional health insurance, including psychologist consultations.
• Company‑paid sports activities (basketball, football, volleyball, yoga) and other sports events together.
• Celebration of achievements and quality time together during team‑buildings, summer festivals, and other important occasions.
• Opportunity to receive solid bonuses by participating in the employee recommendation program.
• Birthday gifts and a day off on your birthday, as well as surprises during various festive occasions.
