Role description

Join our growing Insurance Operations team in Kraków as a Claims Analyst and play an important role in supporting international clients while developing in-depth expertise across the insurance claims lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of our Claims function and gain exposure to a wide range of insurance processes and markets.
• Review and analyze a variety of claim-related documentation, including policy documents, incident reports, financial records, legal documentation, and other supporting materials.
• Assess loss notifications and accurately capture key claim details to prepare First Notice of Loss (FNOL) submissions across multiple lines of business.
• Collaborate with colleagues and client stakeholders across global locations to resolve complex issues and ensure high-quality claims support.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and claim-related activities.
• Prepare and deliver client reports while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and service standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation within the Claims team.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Very good English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of German or French or Spanish (min. B1).
• Excellent data processing and analysis skills.
• Analytical thinking and numeracy skills.
• Good organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
• Experience in the insurance industry would be a huge plus - preferably in claims or a related area.
• Ability to read and interpret insurance related documents.
• Ability to question the status quo and openness to new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fundamental understanding of AI tools.
• A positive attitude and sense of humor are a must!
