- You are a reliable contact person both for existing customers and for those interested in our services in Italy
- You answer inquiries from our customers by email and chat
- You work closely with other departments to find quick solutions for more complex questions
- You are responsible for customer satisfaction and customer retention
- You continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training as well as through self-interest
- You use the feedback of our customers and identify potential for improvement of our product as well as internal processes
- You will work closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations
- You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions
- You are experienced in supporting customers via phone, E-mail, chat, and/or in person
- You have a genuine passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution
- You can work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics; or a professional background in banking is preferred but not required
- You are fluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus)
