The Role
We’re looking for great client support specialists to join our growing care team. You have to be very proactive in this role with the ability to solve problems on the spot and think outside the box.

What will you do:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Acknowledging and resolving clients' complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Keeping records of clients' interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
