This is a high-volume outbound SALES DEVELOPMENT role where you will spend your day connecting live with U.S. business owners from 8am-5pm (Eastern Standard Time)

• Confidence speaking with U.S. business owners over the phone
• Your resume/application must be submitted in clear concise English only

What You'll Do

This is a high volume outbound prospecting role using a power dialer.

Your job is to identify decision-makers, spark interest and qualify prospects.

Once a prospect is qualified you will transfer qualified prospects to our U.S. Account Executives or schedule an appointment for a sales call.

Daily Responsibilities

• Make 350+ outbound cold calls per day using a power dialer (varies by list quality)
• Get past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers/business owners throughout US
• Build interest using proven scripts and your own personality
• Qualify prospects and live-transfer quality prospects to the closing team
• Record accurate notes in the CRM (Close.io)
• Consistently hit daily activity and transfer goals
• Work closely with sales leadership to improve performance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling or outbound appointment setting experience
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Reliable high-speed internet in your quiet home office
• Ability to work independently while consistently hitting KPIs

Compensation

Base Pay

• $10 USD/hour

Performance Pay

• Monthly commission
• Performance bonuses
• Typical monthly commissions: $200–$750+ USD
• Top performers can earn significantly more
