Communication and Marketing Officer
TLDR
Manage the company WeChat account, translate business materials, coordinate events, and implement local ESG actions.
- Prepare, translate, edit, and copy document such as strategy documents, weekly meeting documents, presentation slides, communication letters, speech, report, meeting material etc.; Attend meeting with Business Developers colleagues to promote company’s products.
- Report & coordinate dashboard activities to Marketing and Strategy department, and update Action Plan.
- Manage and optimize database including project list, client list and technologies catalogue of the company.
- May provide business support for preparation of NDA, JDP, MOU, PU, invoice, engineering design and other contract documents for various departments of the Group.
- Manage company WeChat Official account: articles publication, create exclusive content, monitor WeChat Official account audience.
- Responsible for company events & exhibition conference, webinar, seminar, etc.
- Implement the local communication in accordance with group’s guidelines and support the organization of activities, meetings / seminars, etc.
- Translate head office presentation material, brochure, videos, in coordination with printing and communication agencies.
- Translate WeChat news / articles from the market requested by the Business Development team.
- Implement ESG actions locally in coordination with the headquarters.
- Master in Communication and / or Marketing
- Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory; knowledge of the French language is a plus
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent command of content creation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and social networks
- Ability to work independently and team spirit
- 5 years working experience in similar position
