Community Manager

Job Overview

• Lead management of Topicals Insiders (brand ambassador) program via Slack, Grin, and all social channels
• Design and execute campaigns to engage the Insiders community for product launches and other brand events
• Co-create social initiatives addressing topics such as mental health, climate change, anti-racism, and lgbtq+ in collaboration with leadership team
• Work with strategy team to revamp incentive structure for Topicals Insiders and promote increased program engagement
• Leverage data and analytics to inform strategies for boosting engagement and reach of ambassador program
• Manage budget to plan monthly events and activities for Topicals Insiders
• Identify community partners to engage for special events and programming for Insiders and the larger Topicals community
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Insiders receive product, adequate product education, and marketing information ahead of product launches and campaigns
• Report monthly on community analytics and proactively identify opportunities to improve the program and/or resolve challenges

• Experience working in a community oriented role in a startup environment or nonprofit organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
