CDC Foundation

The CDC Foundation partners with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to enhance public health initiatives by mobilizing resources and collaboration among philanthropies, corporations, and individuals. As the sole nonprofit authorized by Congress to support the CDC's mission, the foundation has launched over 1,000 programs targeting a wide array of health issues, impacting communities both in the U.S. and globally.
