We are looking for a Creator to lead our UGC (User-Generated Content) Program to drive our content and community initiatives across social platforms. This role combines hands-on content creation with leadership of our UGC program, ensuring our brand presence is authentic, engaging, and community-driven. The position is remote and reports to the Head of Marketing in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.Host Spaces and Lives on X to interact with the community in real time.Lead the UGC program, including recruiting, guiding, and activating new affiliates.Develop content strategies to grow reach and engagement across multiple channels.Engage with community members on Telegram and Discord.Collaborate with Marketing and Community teams to align content with campaigns.Monitor content performance and share regular reports and insights.
Qualifications
Proven experience in content creation for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar.Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, digital assets, and online communities.Comfortable hosting live sessions, podcasts, or community discussions.Skilled in social media trends, short-form content formats, and audience engagement.Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.Proactive, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.Willingness to go beyond basic responsibilities to deliver impactful results.Flexible to work across global time zones, including collaboration with Asia.
