Meet the team:

The Contract Administration team is part of the broader GBS Lithuania Inside Operations group within Dexcom’s Global Business Services (GBS) Centre, supporting teams across the EMEA region and North America. We specialise in the administrative side of Dexcom’s engagement creation process, helping our colleagues bring impactful partnerships to life.

As a Contract Administration Representative, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient contract lifecycle. Your precision and proactive coordination provide essential support to our Marketing, Sales and Medical Affairs teams, who rely on your expertise to keep things moving. In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you’ll manage contract intake, enter information into contracting systems (Porzio and IronClad), track progress, and actively communicate with all parties involved. This includes initiating problem-solving when needed and coordinating with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, business teams, and Healthcare Professionals to ensure timely and successful contract execution.

Where you come in:

  • You will manage Healthcare Professional engagement submissions for contracting in the Porzio system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • You will determine the tier of Healthcare Professional based on their qualifications.
  • You will develop and maintain contract records throughout their lifecycle with vendors, suppliers, venues, and other relevant parties using contract management systems.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders—such as Marketing, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and others—to gather requirements, support contract planning, and proactively initiate problem-solving when needed.
  • You will assist in tracking invoice and payment statuses, helping to facilitate timely financial processing.
  • You will provide initial guidance to contract requesters, ensuring engagements align with Compliance, Legal, and Procurement policies.
  • You will perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the team and the company.

  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in French.
  • You are able to interpret contract-related data and follow documentation such as internal procedures, compliance guidelines, and operating instructions.
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Environment, Outlook, Teams and other productivity tools.
  • You have previous experience in Operations or Customer Support, which is considered as a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Flex Workplace:

  • Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,643.33 to €2,030.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
