What you will do:
This role encompasses all elements of delivering on commitments to corporate partnerships and growing the partnerships further. The candidate will support the management of the partnership, campaigns, and other projects in alliance with corporate partners. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Planning for partner events at our hubs which can help achieve the right goals as per the relationship (skill-based and knowledge-based engagements)
- This will be measurable by startups supported through events and workshops (skill-based) and mentorship (knowledge-based) engagements
- Work with partners & internal teams to ensure timely implementation and coordination & engagement during delivery
- Manage resources & budgeting for each event in coordination with the hub teams
- Meet agreed deliverables/milestones and report project progress to the stakeholders
- Coordinate with other departments for implementation of all partnership components, eg, with marketing for the web and social media
- Engage with startups by:
- Organizing and conducting tech/DevOps related workshops
- Connecting them to the right mentors
- Collecting feedback on the program initiatives from startups
What you will need:
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Experience in dealing with DevOps-based activities
- Ability to manage projects and good time management skills
- Well-organized and takes ownership of tasks in a fast-paced live environment
- Customer service orientation & friendly attitude
- Ability to work & coordinate with remote teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with Google & Microsoft tools (Sheets/Excel/Slides etc.) & good presentation skills
You are someone who has:
- 1 - 2 years of experience of which 1 year of Project/Program Management, Relationship Management, or Event Management Experience
- 1–2 years experience of DevOps-based activities
- 1-2 years of active engagement in corporate Developer Groups
