Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing Capex vendor onboarding, related documentation review and database maintenance, and Capex vendor setup in the system
• Reviewing capex purchase orders (PO) documentation and issuing capex POs to requestors
• Liaising with PO requestors to resolve discrepancies in supporting documentation submitted for Pos
• Main point of contact for PO requestors
• Ensuring compliance with group policies and respect of PO procedure
• Assisting with POs workflow approval process optimization and maintenance
• Assisting with reviewing capex AP invoices
• Internal and external stakeholder support in relation to capex spending

Job Requirements

• Experience in Invoice review and processing is preferred
• Experience in legal documents / contracts review is preferred
• Basic understanding of construction cost accounting is preferred
• Knowledge of job cost accounting is preferred
• Construction industry/ job cost experience is preferred
• Attention to detail is crucial
• Ability to analyze business documents is essential
• Skilled at solving problems and dealing with a variety of options with limited information
• A team player and able to work with a variety of people
• An organized individual with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and to prioritize work effort, all with minimal supervision.
• English and French or German speaking.
