CREATIVE OPERATION MANAGER Maternity Leave Cover Start date : Ideal start on August 17th. 24th of August could work as well.   About the Role :    Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Creative Operation Manager to join our Creative studio team for a 6-month contract.    Vestiaire Collective is redefining what luxury fashion can look like, and the Creative Studio plays a key role in bringing that vision to life. As Creative Project Manager, reporting to the Creative Director, you'll be at the heart of the creative process, coordinating campaigns, social content, and brand initiatives from brief to final delivery. You'll act as the bridge between stakeholders, Campaign Managers, creative teams, and production partners, ensuring projects are clearly scoped, effectively planned, and delivered on time. Working across creative operations, production, and workflow management, you'll help drive collaboration, optimize processes, and support the delivery of high-quality creative work aligned with business priorities.   What you will do  Campaign Coordination, Planning & Project Management Act as the main liaison between company stakeholders, Campaign Managers, and Creative teams for all creative needs and requestsReview creative briefs from internal stakeholders to ensure objectives, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined for the Creative team, while prioritizing tasks and managing team workload effectivelyDevelop and oversee production retroplanning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business prioritiesMonitor project progress to ensure objectives are consistently metAct as the key point of contact for creative projects, maintaining communication with stakeholdersSupport the day-to-day operations of the Social media team, ensuring content is delivered on timeEnsure all creative outputs align with the initial brief and quality expectations before final delivery Production management Manage small-scale internal shoots (mainly video content for social media and paid campaigns), from briefing and pre-production to post-production, including casting, talent & location scouting, shooting authorizations and plannings  Manage production agencies for bigger-scale creative photoshoots and branding campaigns, from briefing to final delivery Requests & Traffic management Act as the owner of Creative Jira tickets: review, reassign, and follow up on requestsEnsure briefs are well understood by the Creative Studio team and, when necessary, adapt briefs and Jira tickets to align with Creative Studio guidelinesLiaise with stakeholders to ensure briefs contain sufficient information and realistic deadlinesDefine project retroplanning with Creative Studio team, taking staffing and deliverables into account Creative Operations, Administration & Onboarding Define the Creative Studio yearly budget to ensure business objectives are metMonitor spend and process invoicesManage contracts and negotiations with Legal and Procurement teams, and handle vendor creation and purchase orders using the internal system ProactisAct as the main point of contact for new company joiners regarding Creative Studio processesOnboard new joiners to the creative processes at Vestiaire CollectiveProvide guidelines on how to create briefs and Jira tickets Who you are  Proven experience of leading complex projects for an ecommerce player (2-3+ years)  Proven Project Management skills showcasing organized & skilled management across multiple work streams; meeting deadlines and coming into budget  Determined, resilient and able to stay positive under pressure  High interest and sensitivity to fashion, luxury trends and sustainability   Fluent in BOTH English and French
