This role is full-time and offers home working flexibility. 

Your future tasks will include

• Your team should prepare hundreds of videos for ad creatives and social media. Examples:

• Hire and manage remote freelancers: editors, operators, voiceover actors, actors and other specialists.
• Organise and manage remote video shooting.
• Ensure final videos are completed on time, to an agreed standard and agreed budget.
• Manage quality control for videos: provide detailed feedback and coordinate revisions.
• Build production processes and detailed work instructions for all involved parties.
• Optimize production processes and budgets.
• Analyze released content and use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Analyze competitors and trendy formats to get ideas for videos.

You’re going to need this to be successful in this role

• Proven experience in a similar role as a manager.
• Fluency in short-form video trends and entertainment video content.
• Ability to hire, organize and lead the remote freelancer team.
• Ability to set up and optimize the production processes and practices.
• Ability to work fast and stay organized.
• Fluent English.
