Support credit services, risk assessment, and collection activities within a fast-paced agricultural finance team amid a corporate separation.

Who are we and what do we do?
Corteva Agriscience intends to separate into two independent companies on or about October 1, 2026. It is Corteva’s current intention, that this position will align with the Seed Company, Vylor, at the time of the intended separation. 

The Vylor innovation engine will be anchored in the agriculture industry’s most elite germplasm and transformative biotech. The company will leverage its next generation scientific expertise in disciplines like gene editing and molecular breeding to further strengthen its core business while exploring opportunities to expand to new row crops – and potentially beyond. Vylor will scale these innovations using its leading routes-to-market and by significantly expanding its licensing business.

We are searching for an innovative and energetic Credit Analyst to join our North America Credit Operations team. Partnering with the business to provide credit services that help improve competitive position. This position ensures efficient and effective credit assessment, administration and collection processes and procedures. Conducts customer risk assessment and impact of credit terms to profitability and cash flow. And provides credit support to include preparing loans and other administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow!
Processing Loan Agreements

  • Prepare & review documents for errors or missing information with follow work performed as needed.
  • Work directly with customer, sales teams and lenders as needed.
  • Assist in managing all aspects of setting up a customer account & data needed for credit review.

Additionally

  • Understanding of PHI Financial Services Deferred Payment Loan program and processes.
  • Process financials timely and accurately.
  • Review and execution of driving improvements in productivity by streamlining processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for sending credit references to lenders with follow up until completion.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information & adheres to privacy laws.
  • Support processes for charge offs, bankruptcies and deceased customers.
  • Other Miscellaneous Credit duties/projects as requested.

Experience and Education – What you'll bring to the table!

  • Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related business experience.
  • Credit/Finance background preferable.
  • Prefer 2-5 years of working experience. In the Ag. or banking industry sector would be desirable.
  • Effective communication with strong attention to detail (oral and written) skills - the ability to distill data into useful information.
  • Strong critical thinking skills - the ability to initiate creative solutions to difficult business issues.
  • Solid people skills -- the ability to work well as a team member.
  • An ability to manage one's personal time as well as prioritize. An ability to work independently & manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong core values -- personal integrity and ethics.
  • Solid skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. SAP preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team, sales, banks & customers.
  • Desire to continuously grow & develop credit knowledge & risk management competencies.
