This role
El Analista de Credit Line Growth apoyará la identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento del negocio mediante el análisis de datos, el seguimiento a indicadores clave y la generación de insights accionables. Trabajará de manera transversal con equipos comerciales, de producto y operaciones para contribuir a la implementación de iniciativas que mejoren el desempeño del producto y la experiencia de los clientes.
Responsabilidades
Proponer automatizaciones y mejoras en los procesos internos actuales
Crear, mantener y mejorar dashboards de seguimiento comercial
Analizar y evaluar los esfuerzos comerciales actuales para identificar áreas de oportunidad
Proponer iniciativas y estrategias comerciales orientadas a lograr los objetivos de negocio
Dar seguimiento a KPIs y apoyar en la medición de resultados
Realizar análisis para responder preguntas de negocio e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
Apoyar en la elaboración de business cases para solicitar presupuesto de nuevas iniciativas
Dar seguimiento al avance, desempeño y cumplimiento de compromisos, incluyendo el desempeño de los esfuerzos comerciales
Apoyar con la preparación de presentaciones ejecutivas para el senior management
Requerimientos
Requisitos para el correcto desempeño en el puesto:
Manejo avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets.
SQL
Experiencia o interés en fintech, consumo masivo, o entornos comerciales de alto volumen.
Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y buena organización para manejar múltiples proyectos.
Comunicación clara y concisa. Perfil proactivo, ordenado y orientado a resultados.
Inglés avanzado.
Experiencia (incluyendo prácticas profesionales o internships) en análisis de negocio, consultoría, estrategia o áreas afines es un plus.
Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Negocios, o carreras afines (concluida).
Disponibilidad para trabajar en Ciudad de México de forma híbrida.
