We are currently seeking a CRM Program Manager to support the Sales organization’s aggressive growth plans. This person will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end user research that feeds into our digital ecosystem and customer journey. The ideal candidate possesses an ability to relentlessly prioritize, balancing short-term initiatives with long-term goals.

The Role

  • Design and execute end-to-end user research that feeds into our digital ecosystem and customer journey.
  • Work closely with sales teams and cross functional organization to identify problems and prioritize research opportunities feeding into system strategy.
  • Translate research findings into strategic insights that shape capability roadmap for medium and long-term digital ecosystem strategy.
  • Execute UX research representing the voice of the users and lead research for both customer experience and enterprise products. 
  • Design and conduct research independently using mixed methods, including but not limited to surveys, usability studies, concept and prototype evaluation.
  • Developing and analyzing business cases and project requests from teams.
  • Assessing risks, opportunities, deliverables, and mitigation for projects.
  • Developing goals, tasks, and plans of delivery development for Salesforce projects.
  • Liaising with teams and leadership about timelines, costs, and project objectives.
  • Collaborating with a team of developers and other teams s in developing Salesforce projects.
  • Developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success.
  • Bringing best practice for optimizing Salesforce sales cloud for Automotive 
  • Communicating and acting as the first point of call for clients.
  • Conducting regular project meetings with teams and development team.
  • Ensuring the work produced adheres to Salesforce's best-design principles.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior members team to achieve project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or a related field.
  • Certification in Salesforce administration or development, salesforce – Sales cloud
  • Background with ecommerce, CRM- Sales cloud and sales operation
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or professional services.
  • Excellent planning and strategic abilities.
  • Organized and meticulous in your work.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A dynamic and adaptable mindset.
  • Professional and deadline oriented.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
  • Work with a large group of stakeholders and effectively manage research plans in fast-changing environments.
  • Experience planning and executing complex research projects in a product group or business area, working across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience generating insights to support ideation and evaluate design directions.
  • Effective communication skills with experience presenting to a large group of stakeholders.
  • Experience in automotive or transportation industry preferred.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

·       California San Francisco Bay Area - $96,000 - $120,000

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
