Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.   The Role We’re looking for great client support specialists to join our growing care team. You have to be very proactive in this role with the ability to solve problems on the spot and think outside the box. Work Conditions:

Morning fixed shifts: from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Social Insurance, Family Medical Insurance & Life Insurance.

Career Path (Insource Vacancy): Ability to apply for internal vacancies within 6 to 9 months.

What will you do

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

-Acknowledging and resolving clients' complaints

- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

- Keeping records of clients' interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

We are looking for

Experience in a Client Support- Call center is a must

- Excellent level of English

- Familiarity with our industry is a plus [Logistics & E-commerce]

- Experience using the help desk and support tools

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Patience when handling tough cases
