Join Our Operations Team
Our Operations team is the bridge between S4D and partners, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining partner satisfaction throughout the entire partnership lifecycle. We are looking for a Customer Operations intern to join our Operations Team based in the Amsterdam area, available for a full-time (40 hours) on-site internship for at least 4 months.
Job Description
As our Customer Operations Intern, you will work on specific projects and high-priority tasks crucial to our clients' success, including well-known brands such as New York Pizza, Fireaway Pizza, Bakker Bart, Belchicken, Apache Pizza, and Pizza Hut. Your responsibilities will range from conducting Excel analyses to help our customers improve their business operations to installing systems in stores, preparing training for franchisees, and assisting with headquarters campaigns.
This role will provide you with exposure to departments across our company, including Product, Support, and client departments, giving you a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations and strategies in practice. A Customer Success Manager will mentor you, and you will work closely with them to learn from their expertise and experience.

You are a 3rd or 4th-year student in the EU
You have a get-things-done mentality
You enjoy fully owning a project or a problem
You have an analytical mindset
You are eager to learn about our software solution in depth
You are enthusiastic about Corporate Social Responsibility and eager to contribute to meaningful initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or another European language (German, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
You can work with us for a minimum of 4 months, 4 or 5 days per week
Bonus points for experience in dealing with customers
Bonus points for experience within the hospitality industry
