Customer Service Analyst

Coordinate cross-functional order management, production planning, and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery and accurate customer communications.

Main responsibilities: 

Act as the interface between customers, sales, and operations, ensuring compliance with orders, deadlines, and service level (OTD). Respond to customer demands; Communicate status updates, shipments, and forecasts to customers and S&OP; Manage customer support requests and situations; Monitor the production of critical items, aligning priorities with Production Planning and Control (PCP); Support Sales & Operations Planning processes, ensuring service level and delivery performance (OTD); Manage the flow of raw materials, demand forecasts, and integration between planning, production, and inventory systems; Administer sales orders, invoicing, and ensure the accuracy of commercial transactions; Prepare and update production, invoicing, and inventory reports. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields);
  • Proven experience in customer service within the electronics industry / supply chain;
  • Experience with S&OP and performance indicators (OTD);
  • Experience with Production Planning and Control (PCP), order management, and invoicing;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and Excel. Knowledge of the Sankhya System is a plus;
  • Advanced English;
