We teach in over 40 countries, our community counts more than 30,000 students, and our team is made up of over 700 professional tutors. Our goal is to provide young people with the most in-demand digital skills and show them how a computer can become a powerful tool for development, creativity, and their future career. ✨ What you'll be doing:
✅ Manage a portfolio of existing customers throughout their learning journey, ensuring high engagement and long-term retention
✅ Conduct outbound sales and retention activities via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM to renew learning packages
✅ Build strong relationships with customers, understand their goals, and recommend the right learning solutions
✅ Negotiate offers, prepare personalized proposals, and close renewals, upsells, and reactivations
✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Customer Success, Teaching Operations, and Finance teams
Requirements
What we need from you:
✅ Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) - mandatory
✅ From 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, EdTech, SaaS, Account Management, B2C Sales, Telemarketing, Retention, or similar customer-facing roles
✅ Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), objection handling, and closing techniques
Will be a plus:
✅ Experience working remotely in an international environment
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
