Customer Service Representative ( outbound )

Handles outbound B2B verifications with a graveyard shift, with a path to regularization and HMO benefits.
Job Details:
- US outbound (CSR / non - sales)
- Listing Verifications, Business to business
- Graveyard shift
- Basic salary + allowance + night shift differential
- Probationary employment and HMO benefits upon regularization
Job Qualifications:
- For high school graduates: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of call center experience
- If finished at least 2 years in college: must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience
- For college graduates: with or without experience
- Must be at least 18 years old and above
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
- Can easily adapt to changes and flexible
- Ability to develop a strong working relationship with all levels of the organization
- Must have a very good interpersonal skills and must be customer service oriented
- Can multi-task
- Can pay attention to detail
- A team player
- Must be willing to work on graveyard shift
