Summary

As a Customer Support Agent you will have the opportunity to influence the way Grindr meets the support needs of its users, and positively enhance Grindr's brand in the marketplace through successful customer interactions. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high level of customer support for Grindr users
• Support customers via Zendesk
• Articulate technical issues and provide instructions to Grindr users via easy-to-follow written communication

Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years as a Customer Support Agent
• Excellent English reading and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule (less than 30 hrs. per week), eastern daylight time zone preferred
• Previous experience reporting into a remote office/manager is a plus
• Comfortable with using technology -- IM, Skype and email -- as a primary form of communication
• Familiarity with iOS and Android
• Prior experience with Zendesk is a huge plus! 

Additional Information:

This is a part-time remote contract position and is not eligible for benefits. Candidates will be required to use and provide their own computer and equipment and have access to a high-speed internet connection.
