TLDR

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in Tbilisi, Georgia. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to our international customers, using your fluent English skills along with one additional languageFrench, German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, or Polish.



Fluent in English (both verbal and written).


Fluent in one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, or Polish.


1+ year of commercial experience with Zendesk.


Self-driven with a natural talent for customer support and sales.


Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.


Detail-oriented and quality-focused.


Previous customer support experience is considered an advantage.
