Your key responsibilities

• Personal Ownership - Ability to troubleshoot and communicate feedback to product team to make meaningful updates
• Get it right the first time – Make sure that you use impeccable judgement to respond to customers, to ensure that they do not come back for the same issue
• Bias for Action - Accurately and efficiently handle customer contacts via email, social media and Live chat in the shortest possible time
• Setting the Bar High - Achieve 90% Customer satisfaction score for each interaction
• Be the Brand - Build strong customer testimonies & drive positive emotions for Hotstar

What to bring

• Self-starter attitude - A positive attitude, agility to work in a collaborative environment and openness to work in shifts
• Ability to think on your feet - High ownership, solution oriented and deliver highest level of customer experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and an avid social media user
• Keen problem solver - Should have basic knowledge of troubleshooting on Handheld and desktops
