About Dispense:

Dispense is a seed-stage, fast-growing startup that provides e-commerce and order management software to cannabis dispensaries. Founded in 2020, we enable cannabis dispensaries to sell their products online for in-store pickups, curbside pickups, and delivery, all while providing an excellent customer experience. We have a small team and are looking for enthusiastic entrepreneurs who care significantly about making an impact every day on the growth and success of a small company in an exploding industry. Role & Responsibility:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-paced startup team. You will use your passion for customer service and work closely with our Product & Engineering teams to deliver the best support possible to our customers. You’re close to the customer and interacting with them daily, so we’re leaning on you to identify and advocate for new features in our product.

This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer support role at a software company (cannabis software preferred)
  • Problem-solving skills - you enjoy digging into a problem and finding a solution
  • The soft skills to engage with customers via phone and email, asking questions and offering solutions
  • Comfort with ambiguity and resilient when facing rapid change
  • A strong interest in receiving and implementing feedback and focus on improvement

Your core day-to-day responsibilities would be:

  • Handling/responding to customer support tickets
  • Logging bugs and customer feature requests and working with product to prioritize
  • Contributing ideas to help shape our product roadmap
  • Building out our help docs/tutorials for new and existing features
  • Nurture all of our accounts, build great relationships with them, prevent churn
  • Testing new features extensively and finding/logging bugs before we go live with them
  • Manage a ticketing system such as Zendesk
