As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the enterprise data ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between database engineering and enterprise data strategy, ensuring that our data is structured, secure, accessible, and optimized for analytics, reporting, and operational needs. 
You will be at the forefront of bringing advanced healthcare solutions to market, making a tangible difference in people´s lives worldwide.

Your profile


Main Responsibilities:
  • Database Architecture 
    • Design and optimize relational and non-relational database schemas for new and existing applications. 
    • Implement data storage solutions that maximize performance, scalability, and reliability. 
    • Collaborate with developers to optimize storage, performance and data structures. 
    • Oversee database security, backup, recovery, and maintenance strategies.
  •  Data Architecture 
    • Develop and maintain the organization’s enterprise data model and data flow architecture. 
    • Aware of data quality, governance, and compliance across all systems. 
  •  Collaboration & Strategy 
    • Work closely with developers, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align data infrastructure with business needs. 
    • Evaluate and recommend future database technologies, cloud solutions, and analytics platforms. 
    • Establish best practices for data management, storage, and access across the organization. 

Mandatory Qualifications and Soft skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in database design, administration, or data architecture. 
  • Strong expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and relational database management systems  
  • Knowledge of data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Fluency in English required (English is company language).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
  • Familiarity with cluster/virtualization technologies as Docker containers and/or Kubernetes is a plus. 
  • Ability to design end-to-end data solutions, from database schema to enterprise-wide data flow. 
  • Experience in optimizing query performance and storage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills (ability to work with non-technical people and translate complicated technical challenges).

  • Understanding of machine learning processes
