Data Channel Manager

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Oversee and manage data channels such as DataBricks, Snowflake, SFTB, S3 buckets, and API to ensure efficient data delivery.

• Ensure data delivery aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Collaborate with product owners to develop requirements for new data channels.

• Manage the development of new data channels and workstreams.

• Design and implement specific data flows tailored to individual user preferences.

• Monitor and optimize data channel performance to enhance client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, & 2-5 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in managing data delivery channels such as DataBricks, Snowflake, SFTB, S3 buckets, and API.

• Strong understanding of data flow design and implementation.

• Excellent project management skills with experience in collaborating with product owners.

• Ability to work in a global team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and managing new data channels and workstreams.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms and data integration tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
