We are currently looking for:

As a Data Engineer of Kinaxis’ Corporate Data Team, you will be part of team that is transforming the organization by enabling intuitive access to high quality information to drive and support Kinaxis’ global business by enabling them to make intelligent business decisions. The successful candidate will bring their technical expertise and curiosity and will collaborate with skilled and enthusiastic team members to develop a world class data environment.  

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver highly reliable software and data pipelines using Software Engineering best practices, including automation, version control, continuous integration/ delivery, proper testing, and security. Collaborate and work closely with the enterprise Architects and Analytics team on technical requirements.
  • Accelerate our Data Governance, Data Quality processes, tools and concepts
  • Work within a KANBAN/Agile environment
  • Contribute to the ongoing maturity of the data strategy to enable a data driven culture
  • Participate in an IT environment that is focused on security by design, education, and communication

Things You Should Have

  • BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • 5+ years Data Engineering experience - ETL Development & Data Warehouse Design
  • Expert knowledge of data integration platforms like Informatica IICS, Dell Boomi, and working with REST/SOAP APIs
  • Proficiency in data warehouse architecture and data model design
  • Expert knowledge of Relational database technologies
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 

Good to have

  • Hands on experience on cloud-based computing services and data warehouses like Snowflake, Azure, or similar
  • Experience with Business Intelligent tools like Power BI, Domo, Tableau, …
