Decisioning Execution Analyst
TLDR
Coordinate end-to-end decisioning across strategy, analytics, and engineering to ensure production-ready credit and pricing logic.
- Support change execution across third-party platforms, internal tools, or partner-specific decisioning environments.
- Translate business requirements and approved strategies into clear specifications, logic, and implementation support materials.
- Help ensure decision logic is aligned to business intent, policy, and approval documentation.
- Perform user acceptance testing, production verification testing, and other validation activities for strategy changes.
- Help develop and maintain repeatable testing processes and quality checks to improve execution accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain documentation including specifications, test evidence, validation results, and change logs.
- Support auditable and well-controlled implementation practices in a regulated environment.
- ICommunicate testing outcomes, implementation status, issues, and risks clearly and effectively.
- Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality and strong attention to detail.
- Fulfill data requests, simulations, and analyses in support of strategy and business partners
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and strengthen execution controls.
- Use Python, SQL, Excel, and reporting tools to automate repeatable processes where appropriate.
- Contribute to scalable reporting, testing, and implementation support processes as team needs evolve.
- 1-3 years of experience in an analytics, implementation, operations, decisioning, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or other quantitative or related field.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured logic, documentation, or technical specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending.
- Exposure to credit, pricing, or other decisioning workflows.
- Experience with testing, validation, quality assurance, or production support processes.
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, rules engines, or decision platforms is a plus.
- Interest in automation, process improvement, and reducing repetitive manual work.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and decisioning processes.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and control.
