Delivery Manager
TLDR
Coordinate cross-functional software delivery across multiple initiatives using Agile practices to ensure quality, timely outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of software development and service management initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery activities, and ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery activities across multiple initiatives
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Monitor delivery performance and proactively address impediments and risks
- Support incident management and service management processes when required
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance standards, and quality expectations
- Prepare status reports, delivery updates, and stakeholder communications
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within delivery and operational processes
- Support resource planning and coordination activities across teams
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Scrum Master, or similar delivery-focused roles
- Experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
- Familiarity with Service Management processes, including Incident Management and Problem Management
- Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and competing priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar
- Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience in Project Management or Delivery Management within international environments
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and Service Management frameworks
- Scrum Master, PRINCE2, PMP, PM², or ITIL certifications
