Datto is seeking a talented and experienced Demand Generation expert to join our growing marketing team and develop the programs, tools, and plans to drive revenue for our SaaS backup product line. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role will work collaboratively with Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Operations teams to create revenue-driving campaigns for the fast-growing SaaS backup industry.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Build strong, integrated marketing programs using a mix of content marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, and webinars to drive new business opportunities and revenue.
  • Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads in an effort to build a qualified sales pipeline
  • Manage a marketing budget that will drive the most qualified leads through paid programs such as content syndication, pay-per-click, and events.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and provide strategic direction based on analysis.
  • Closely partner with other marketing team members and the sales organization.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of professional B2B demand generation experience with proven track record, preferably with a SaaS company.
  • Strong experience with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring marketing attribution.
  • Exceptional project and budget management experience with marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Quick learner, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your own work.
