Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to take ownership and be accountable for the projects deliveries;
- Be adaptable and quick learner, understand the big picture and be able to take the “outside the box” approach in order to achieve your goals;
- Act on planning and management in the infrastructure to support a microservice-oriented architecture;
- Manage any resources necessary for the operation of our software structures;
- Act with the development teams in the automation of deploy processes;
- Provide solutions for scalability issues in our systems.
Education and Experience Required:
- Work experience as a DevOps;
- Providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible)
- CI/CD Pipelines (Drone, Jenkins, CircleCI, TravisCI)
- SQL Databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
- Containers/Clustering (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, Mesos, Marathon, CoreOS)
- Microservices (Blue Green Deployment, Canary Deployment)
- Messaging Platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, Azure Hub)
- Languages for toolling (Shell Script, Go, Python, Ruby) ]
- Programming Languages (Java, JVM Languages, C#)
- Excelent Linux/Unix and networking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
