Own the quality of transcript data through the review process.
- Validate extracted data against source documents and documented institution rules.
- Resolve flagged exceptions and record what changed and why.
- Identify recurring extraction, mapping and publishing problems, with clear examples for the product team.
- Use AI-assisted tools and repeatable checks to reduce manual effort while preserving accuracy.
- Keep review status, blockers and handoffs clear.
