The Role
- As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Campaign Manager will work closely with the Marketing team to achieve overall OKRs and lead generation goals via creation, execution, reporting, and follow-up of engaging digital campaigns.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize full-funnel campaign strategies that target nonprofit audiences utilizing email marketing, online ad campaigns, direct mail, social media (organic and paid), landing pages, review sites, and other digital tools.
- Manage all campaign asset development during creative, production, and development.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across all relevant marketing and sales teams to ensure on-time campaign execution.
- Conduct A/B tests with Digital Optimization Specialist to further campaign optimization
- Align with BDR and Customer Success teams on campaign messaging and results, gain feedback and generate ideas for campaign optimization.
- Analyze full-funnel campaign and tactic performance on an ongoing basis to continuously optimize results.
- Manage marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) to build campaigns including email blasts, online ads, email nurtures, and other related digital marketing.
- Track all campaign briefs, tasks, and dependencies using project management tools (Jira and Confluence) as well as team calendaring tools.
What Does It Take
- 2-3 years of marketing experience preferably at a B2B SaaS company
- A proactive growth mindset; coachable, but can also research and learn
- Fanatical about being buyer-centric and customer-first in everything you do
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills to optimally lead multiple projects with tight timeframes and hit deadlines.
- Data-driven analytical thinker with a detail-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo), databases (Salesforce), website CMS (WordPress), and project management tools (Jira & Confluence).

Location
This is a full-time, permanent position, either fully remote or based in our Indianapolis HQ. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
