Director, Learning Experience Architecture | Onsite, Noida | Open to India-based candidates only

TLDR

Set organization-wide learning standards, lead high-stakes performance consulting, and embed AI workflows across 4–6 concurrent programs.

Director, Learning Experience Architecture

Role Snapshot

The Director of Learning Experience Architecture is the senior-most practitioner in the ID career ladder, serving as the organizational authority on learning design, consulting excellence, and capability standards. You will lead high-stakes performance consulting engagements, define how the delivery organization designs and evaluates learning, and build the consulting and strategic capabilities of the senior practitioners and designers who report into or work alongside you.

This role sits at the intersection of senior client advisory, organizational leadership, and design governance. Where senior consultants lead complex programs, you set the standards those programs are measured against. You shape how AI is embedded in workflows, how quality is defined and enforced, and how the ID function positions itself as a business transformation partner for clients and for Infopro Learning.

What You’ll Do Daily

No two days look the same. On any given day you might be:

  • Advising a senior client stakeholder on a capability strategy, connecting their organizational challenge to a program design recommendation that is both feasible and measurable

  • Reviewing a learning brief or measurement framework produced by a senior team member and giving feedback that sharpens the logic, tightens the scope, and raises the consulting quality of the work

  • Leading a discovery session with a new client, asking the questions that separate genuine performance problems from requests for training, and turning what you hear into a program direction

  • Setting or reinforcing organization-wide standards: reviewing QA protocols, AI workflow practices, or design templates to make sure they reflect current best practice and are being applied consistently

  • Coaching a senior team member through a difficult client situation, helping them think through the options, the stakeholder dynamics, and what a confident, credible response looks like

  • Contributing to a proposal by shaping the learning solution architecture and articulating the value of the recommended approach to a decision-making audience

  • Scanning the horizon for emerging tools, methods, or industry developments and deciding how they should or should not change how the team works
