The Opportunity:

We're looking for our first hire in accounting and finance looking to build systems and processes as well as hiring people to support our fast-scaling B2B SaaS business. Candidates must have experience with revenue recognition, accrual accounting, and sales tax in a SaaS business. We are funded and have excellent financial metrics that we'd be happy to share with you privately. 

What you’ll do:

• Directly manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cash reconciliation, and revenue recognition for B2B SaaS 
• Manage our accounting firm, vendor payments, treasury and bank accounts
• Deploy best-in-class SaaS solutions (including ERP, expense reimbursement)
• Partner with the business to prepare the budget and financial forecasts and report underlying reasons for variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and key performance indicators
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Lead and support third party audits
• Prepare board decks, engage with investors
• Leverage benchmarking exercises to build and convey annual operating plan
• Conduct quarterly FP&A meetings with org leaders

Skills you have:

• Experience working at both big and small companies
• 5 - 7 years of industry experience, GAAP
• SaaS experience 
• Experience with NetSuite / QuickBooks
• Experience with SQL would be a plus

Salary range: Rumble values transparency in the hiring process. According to our market data, we’re expecting this role to come in at a salary of about $175K-$190K, plus stock options. We know that the talent market is always in flux, so please let us know if you believe we have advertised this role at the wrong salary band.
