Director of Professional Services

CANImmunize is a Canadian-owned technology company specializing in immunization software. With over 10 years of experience, we developed the Canadian Vaccine Catalogue, the CANImmunize app, and most recently, ClinicFlow, an award-winning software solution that has powered COVID-19 immunization campaigns across the country. Our goal is to provide best-in-class digital solutions to improve immunization practice across Canada and protect the public.

We are a completely remote team, we've been working this way since long before the pandemic and we are seeking an experienced Director of Professional Services to support our project management team, support team and customers. 

General Responsibilities:

  • Establish goals, develop, coach, and manage the team of professional services staff (Project Management Team and  Support Team).
  • Lead resource planning, cross-company visibility, and financial tracking for our professional services projects.
  • Act as a contributing member of our leadership team helping to define and influence decisions. 

Client and Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all CANImmunize projects through direct project management and oversight of the project management team.  Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within-scope, on-budget with satisfied clients. 
  • Oversee all project budgets and invoicing. Design and implement streamlined processes for time tracking and billing. Build knowledge and expertise within the team on budgeting and budget tracking.
  • Own and cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with existing clients and prospective clients to ensure all client needs are being met and exceeded where possible.
  • Support pre-sales and sales processes through scoping, thought partnership, and interactions with potential clients.
  • Ensure all CANImmunize’s support clients are satisfied and SLA’s are met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing a Professional Services, Consultant, Account Management, or Project Management team in a tech environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years project management or consulting experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Functional understanding of multiple project delivery methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proven ability to create and maintain collaborative cross-functional relationships and strategic and positive relationships with external leaders of all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple multi-million dollar budgets. 
  • Skilled at facilitating discussions on issue identification, prioritization, and resolution.
  • Authentic, empathetic, and inspiring leader, dedicated to the growth and success of the people with whom you work.
  • The strong technical aptitude. 
  • Bonus if you have previous experience working within a technology company in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work in Canada in EST.
