TLDR
Build scalable forecasting, Salesforce workflows, quote-to-cash processes, and operational governance for compute-focused products.
Lead Sales Operations strategy and execution globally for Latitude
Build scalable forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity governance frameworks
Partner with Sales Leadership to improve operational visibility and revenue predictability
Standardize quote management, opportunity management, and sales process execution
Collaborate with Systems & Tools teams to optimize Salesforce workflows, integrations, and reporting
Drive operational readiness for new GTM initiatives, marketplace programs, and product launches
Develop operational KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting, and business insights
Improve CRM adoption, data quality, and sales process consistency
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Enablement
Support AI-readiness initiatives through process standardization and data governance improvements
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
Support territory planning, compensation alignment, and sales productivity initiatives
Mentor and develop Sales Operations personnel supporting Latitude
10+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience
5+ years supporting high-growth technology organizations
Strong Salesforce CRM expertise and systems process knowledge
Experience supporting complex GTM motions including channel and marketplace sales
Strong forecasting and operational analytics experience
Experience with quote-to-cash process optimization
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing cross-functional operational initiatives
Ability to operate effectively within fast-changing business environments
