The Role

The Process Engineering Lead plays a crucial role in driving improvements across Wealth Investor Services and Wealth Investor Advisor Group. You will collaborate with team leaders and associates to uncover opportunities, identify root causes, define outcomes, implement changes, and measure success. Embrace the agile methodology and a test-and-learn approach to deliver incremental changes swiftly. Partner with technical teams to prioritize and deliver essential technical enablers!
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 10 years’ experience with an Advanced Degree or 12 years’ experience with Bachelor's degree, working across multiple operational/ service units and having gained breadth and depth of operational challenges and solutions.
- Deep understanding of finance services operating models and a passion for improving associate and client experiences.
- Proven experience in identifying process issues causing associate or client friction, analyzing for root cause, and driving improvements.
- Ability to analyze data to find opportunities and narrate a fact-based story.
- Familiarity with operational improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Outstanding organizational savvy and maturity; ability to work effectively across multiple teams and organizations.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
