Director, Product Manager - FundsNetwork

The Role

You blend critical thinking and a passion for delivering results. The role will be being laser focused on providing value to our customers, asset managers, and internal business partners. As a member of the FundsNetwork team, you will collaborate with your team and business partners to help drive initiatives that increase value being provided to both our 3rd party asset managers partners and the Fidelity business channels. In addition, you will play a key utility role to help provide broad organizational support (program management, initiative project management, competitive analysis and organizational alignment) to FundsNetwork leadership, squads, and business development teams. You will also be committed to maintaining and developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to the role/team.

The breadth of this role requires diverse skills including business analysis, strategy, business case development, product development / management, and effective communication and collaboration.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent with proven experience, or Masters with demonstrated ability at a financial services firm or service provider to the industry

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 obtained within 90-days of employment

The Team

The mission of FundsNetwork is to provide Fidelity’s clearing, custody, brokerage and retirement clients open architecture access to a wide array of investment products from over 700 third-party asset managers to support the growth and prosperity of Fidelity’s distribution channels.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$222,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
