Uniswap Labs is a core contributor to the Uniswap Protocol, the world's largest DEX, with over $4 trillion in volume across 17 chains. It builds products that help millions access the protocol, including the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and Trading API.

We’re looking for someone to develop new partnerships, grow strategic relationships, and turn market opportunities into successful initiatives. You’ll own work from early evaluation and negotiation through launch and expansion, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal.

We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City. This role will be based in our office with an expectation of regular in-person collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, using data, market research, and partner insights to build business cases and guide investment.

• Structure and negotiate complex deals, including first-of-their-kind partnerships that expand Uniswap’s distribution and unlock new use cases.

• Own relationships with Uniswap’s largest and most strategic partners, aligning on shared goals and driving growth from launch through expansion.

• Work with Product and Engineering to translate partner needs and market opportunities into product requirements and roadmap priorities.

• Drive cross-functional execution across integrations and launches, resolve blockers, and measure results through adoption and protocol volume.

Who you are

You have experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, product management, or related growth roles in crypto, fintech, payments or similar

• You bring strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with experience evaluating opportunities, negotiating agreements, and growing complex partner relationships

• You’re comfortable with technical products and can work with product and engineering teams to evaluate integrations, define requirements, and make tradeoffs.

• You communicate clearly, build trust with partners and colleagues, and take ownership of ambiguous initiatives for which there is no detailed playbook.

• You have a strong interest in DeFi and onchain markets. Direct experience with trading, liquidity, or financial infrastructure is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience at a major fintech, exchange, or HFT/market-making firm.

• Technical experience working on crypto protocols, DeFi, or open source software.

• Deeply integrated with DeFi ecosystem partners and trading protocols.

• Love for unicorns :)

Minimum full-time salary of $180,000-$220,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.
