During the Covid-19 pandemic a bill was passed providing small businesses the opportunity to earn a refundable tax credit of up to 50% of their employee payroll, if they met certain conditions. Lendio is committed to fueling the American dreams of small businesses and feels they’re in a unique position to help  inform as many small businesses as possible of their ability to capitalize on credits such as this.

As a result Lendio is helping businesses obtain the maximum amount that they qualify for, of the tax credit mentioned above.

The ERC Advisor position is a full time position that is responsible for helping customers that have expressed an interest in the employee retention credit to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire.  Upon completion of the questionnaire the customer will Lendio who has experts that can work with the customer to ensure that they maximize their credit opportunity.

***Pay is $20 per hour plus commission***

Requirements:

• Fast Learner (Learning the initial qualifiers of what it takes to earn the credit will be essential)
• Solid Work Ethic (an expectation of 100+ calls/day)
• 2+ Years Phone Sales Or Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
• Self Starter
• Ability to work well with a team to collaborate on how to break down success barriers and drive team success.
• Shift Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
