Employer Branding Intern

The Employer Branding team builds Shopee’s brand to attract and engage the best talents via various digital channels, strategic partnerships and targeted engagements.

What You Will Learn:

• Assist in the execution and coordination for employer branding partnerships and initiatives
• Contribute ideas to position Shopee as a Tech employer of choice
• Competitor tracking on talent marketing & employer branding
• Track the effectiveness of current employer branding projects
• Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager

What We Look For:

• Currently studying in a reputable education institution
• Passionate about people, services and culture
• Have a strong affinity for hands-on execution and organisational skills
• Fast learner, hardworking, highly accountable, detail-oriented and reliable
• Proactive, good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
• Preferably with good writing and basic design skills

Time Period:

• Please state your availability clearly in the comments section (Start date, End date, part-time or full-time)
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
