Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining and improving Die Attach / Die Bond equipment to ensure smooth production, high machine uptime, and product quality in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Die Attach / Die Bond machines.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.

  • Monitor equipment performance and drive improvement activities.

  • Support machine setup, qualification, and new product introductions (NPI).

  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Process Engineering teams to achieve production targets.

  • Analyze equipment data and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment engineering.

  • Experience with Die Attach / Die Bond equipment is preferred.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or 8D is an advantage.
